Metall-Foil S.p.a., since 1989, is a manufacturer of slitting machines specialised in cutting and rewinding Hot Stamping Foil, Metallized Films in various thickness, and Thermal Tranfer Ribbons 4,5 microns.

The company, in a separated factory, has been a distributor of Hot Stamping Foils and Thermal Transfer Ribbons directly to the end-users in Italy, and through Distributors in other countries.

Thanks to this long experience, both as manufacturers and end-users of slitting machines, it was possible to improve the slitters with innovative technical solutions (balancing blades system, tension control in rewinding, rapid size changing) reaching excellent performances.

Metall-Foil offers slitting machines to cut and rewind jumbo rolls of 30.000 linear meters length.
Small final rolls up to 8 mm with per 3.000 linear meters length can be made cutting jumbo rolls of pigments or metallized films.
The machines can use pneumatic shafts for cores of   ¹/₂" , 1 " and 3" helped by an anti-vibrations system.
